Full account deletion
To request deletion of personal data associated with your account on the university side, please send us an email containing:
- Your Student ID
- Your full name
- The email registered with the university
- A short note: “I request deletion of my data from the Ala-Too University mobile app”.
Note: Some academic records (grades, enrollment, finance) are kept by the university itself for legal and academic reasons and are governed by the university's own retention policy. The mobile app only displays them.
Timeline
- We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
- The request is processed within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.
