1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using the Ala-Too University mobile application (“the App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for current students of Ala-Too International University and authorised university staff. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Account & access
Access to personal data inside the App requires you to sign in with your university-issued Student ID and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access, modify or delete data that does not belong to you.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Do not share your account or your student ID barcode with other persons.
5. Content & accuracy
Academic information shown in the App (grades, attendance, schedule, finance) originates from the official university systems. We make reasonable efforts to display it accurately but the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The official record of the university always prevails over what the App shows.
6. Service availability
The App is provided on a best-effort basis. We may suspend, change or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including for maintenance or security reasons.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and brand elements of Ala-Too International University belong to the university. The App's source code, design and assets are the property of their respective authors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the developers nor the university shall be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if you are no longer a member of the university.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The latest version is always available at this URL.
