Frequently asked
I can't sign in. Make sure you are using your Student ID exactly as printed on your physical card. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen.
My grade is wrong. The app shows data from the university's official systems. Please contact your faculty office — corrections must be made there first.
How do I change the language? Open Profile → Language and pick Russian, Kyrgyz or English.
